When we process a list through our platform (doesn't apply to API) we charge based on upload amount and process according to that amount. Once the data is uploaded for Processing there could be times where your address/data is not found in our databases therefore coming back as null. This could be for many reasons like wrongfully formatted addresses, names etc. Tracerfy is not responsible for this miss match and encourages users to supply a list that is as accurate as possible so our software may process all data correctly. Tracerfy could help users retrieve this null data manually on a case to case basis by sending us an email with these missing records attached.

Yes Tracerfy is legitimate and delivers results ranging from 70% to 95% accuracy per batch.

Skip traced lists do not automatically include DNC checks. However, Tracerfy offers DNC scrubbing as a separate service — you can scrub your phone lists against the Federal DNC registry, state DNC registries, and TCPA litigator records. DNC scrubbing is billed separately at 1 credit per phone checked. Customers remain responsible for compliance with TCPA legislation.

No, Tracerfy is built for tracing individually owned properties only.

Payments Questions

Customers are charged based on upload of leads (rows count). The rate for each is 0.02

Yes Tracerfy requires a minimum upload of 500 leads through our platform. Through the API however there are no minimums.

You can track your process (Queue) after payment through the 'My Traces' page .

No, Tracerfy does not issue refunds once a list is paid for or API credits are purchased.

API Questions

Every users gets assigned an API key as soon as they sign up. To find it navigate to the Profile Icon in the Top-right corner > Settings > API Key. After obtaining the key follow the Documentation listed in our API page to get started. If any questions remain please reach out to [email protected]

Yes, our API provides access to the Skip Tracing data. Contact [email protected] to set up your white-label partnership and discuss custom pricing with a contract.

There are plenty of ways you can set up the API, the quickest and easiest set up is to use it with Postman. You can view our walk-through video for this here.

Video Guide

We charge based on a credit system for the API, each credit cost is 0.02 per ( 2 cents ). We then deduct from your balance for each response returned per queue.
